2025 – A year for supporting SupportED

My Story

In 2023 I became a trustee for a small charity called SupportED.

I have 20 years experience with an eating disorder.

I developed Bulimia in my early teens and it took me 16 years of fighting it alone before I asked  for help.  Recovery is possible.  The first step is the hardest.  I am now ready to give something back.    I want to dedicate all my running events this year to help raise vital funds for SupportED, a charity that does so much to  help people in their recovery journey.

These are my planned events.  I will add more.

March  Lasswade 10 mile road race

April   Devilla Forest 8 hour ultra, Fife.  &  Remini Marathon Italy

May    Penicuik 10k

June    Full Tilt Ultra, Blair Atholl 58k

August 24 hour Treadmill.
